More Barista Goals

 A couple more coffee drinks we've enjoyed a few times in recent weeks:

Granitas - kind of like an expresso slushy, which we first enjoyed in Philly's Italian market with my brother-in-law last summer.  Basically make strong coffee, flavor it with sugar and vanilla, and freeze in a shallow baking dish, scraping and stirring with a fork every 30 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency, then top with whipped cream.

Iced Coffee Float - mix a packet of cocoa mix into a cup of strong, hot coffee, pour into a glass over a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top with whipped cream.  Yummy.
